Volunteers have started wrapping at Four Seasons, Mansfield, transforming shoppers’ purchases into beautifully-wrapped gifts this Christmas, all in aid of a good cause.

Volunteers from the local branch of Samaritans will be there until 23rd December to wrap shoppers’ Christmas gifts in return for a donation to the charity.

The Samaritans, the leading suicide prevention charity, encourages people to talk them at any time they like, in their own way, in confidence about whatever’s getting to them.

Every penny raised will go towards supporting anyone in distress around the clock, 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year, across the local community in Mansfield and District. The Samaritans have a total of 201 branches across the UK and Ireland.
