Mansfield District councillor and mayoral election candidate Kate Allsop has become the first patron of It’s Women’s Business (IWB).

The councillor gave a presentation to the local business club at its monthly meeting.

She is portfolio holder for economic regeneration at the council, a magistrate, a Rotarian, and a governor of West Nottinghamshire College and Making it! Discovery Centre.
