Collections marked Valentine’s Day with the opening of its new-look store at Four Seasons Shopping Centre in Mansfield.
Collections is a popular store at Four Seasons and due to customer demand and successful trading, the company decided to extend their lease and invested in a £20,000 refit to give the store a new and refreshed look.
Along with an updated store style, Collections have brought in new brands for their customers, and are hopeful to attract new customers in the process.
The store has been in Mansfield across several different locations for the last 20 years and down to its success, opened at Four Seasons three years ago, a store which is now going from strength to strength.
The day saw a huge success of the new store opening with 25% increase in footfall and 39% increase in sales in just one day. All free goodies were given away to customers.
Vijay, store manager of Collections, said: “It was a fantastic day and all the staff were really excited for the opening. We are confident that the refurbishment at Four Seasons will enhance the store and create a brilliant shopper experience for all of our local customers. We would like to thank the customers that came in on Saturday and hope to see familiar faces throughout the year.”
The refit allows for a refresh of the interior and much-needed space to expand the product range ahead, including lines from Superdry, Duck and Cover and Cross Hatch.
Rebekah O’Neill, Four Seasons Centre manager, said: “We were delighted when it was confirmed that Collections were investing in their store at Four Seasons and were continuing to trade in the centre. The store was extremely busy on Saturday and we hope this carries on for the rest of the year.”
