A boutique Mansfield gift shop and tearoom has organised the town’s first Annie Sloan Late Evening to help raise money for charity.

Beau-ti-ful, at 64 Westgate, has organised the event for Friday, 21st November.

The shop, the only official stockists of Annie Sloan Chalk Paint in the area, is joining Annie Sloan and her worldwide collection of stockists for the first Annie Sloan Late Event.

At Beau-ti-ful, the doors will be open until 8.30pm on Friday 21st November, with the shop, tearoom and workshop studio open to everyone with the whole team on hand to offer help and advice.

Visitors to the workshop studio will be shown how to mix colours and staff will answer the most common questions that are asked in the shop.

There will be opportunity for people to practice painting and waxing, as well as a raffle in aid of the NSPCC, Annie Sloan’s UK charity for the evening.

Beau-ti-ful co-owner Kathy said: “With the grand prize of a place on one of our Annie Sloan Workshops and various other gorgeous goodies, the raffle will be popular – particularly as it will raise money for a very worthy charity.

“There will also be special offers throughout the shop, so it will be a perfect way to either finish off or start the Christmas shopping.”
