The Sutton Town Centre Group and Sutton Community Academy teamed up to do a fundraising bag pack at Asda in Sutton.

Half of the money raised went towards the Christmas lights switch-on event in Sutton on 6th December at Portland Square.

The other half will be used to buy outdoor play equipment and support the students’ reading scheme at the academy.

Part of the bag-packing included some of the cast of the Cinderella pantomime, which is being staged at the academy on 22nd, 23rd and 24th January.
