Self Help Connect UK is staging events in Mansfield, Ashfield and Edwinstowe to put patients in control of their healthcare.

If you have, or care for someone with cancer or a long-term health condition, there is the chance to shape community services.

Your views are wanted about self-care support services at three meetings.

The Ashfield Health Village, Portland Street, Kirkby NG17 7AE, on 26th March, 2pm-4.30pm.

Edwinstowe House, High Street, Edwinstowe, on 24th March, 10am-12.30pm.
