The Festival Hall, Kirkby, is the venue for the latest talent competition in the area. The Above and Beyond Open Talent Competition will take place on Sunday, 22nd November, with several different age groups and categories open to the public; whether you can sing, dance, play and instrument or all at the same time.

The event is being completely organised by Portland College’s learners as part of their enterprise activities. Learners on the Event Management and Music study programmes will be gaining vital work experience as part of their course, and all of the monies raised by the event will go directly back to the college to help to support their learners with learning and physical disabilities.
