The 10th annual free Heritage Day at Mansfield Library, organised by Inspire, will include activities and attractions such as local history displays, the chance to find out about family history, books for sale, fun crafts, and more.

Among the groups taking part are Blidworth and District Historical and Heritage Society, Forest Town Heritage Group, Kirkby & District Archaeological Group, Mansfield Fire Museum, Mansfield Museum, Mansfield Townscape Heritage, Mansfield to Worksop Railway Interpretation Group, Miner2Major Historic Buildings Project, and Old Mansfield Society.

To mark the 60th anniversary of The Beatles performing in Mansfield, there will also be themed music performances during the day, which runs at the library on 13th May, from 10am to 2pm.

A Twisting and Jiving family concert by Inspire Music is at 11am. Tickets must be booked.
