Music and more at Palace Theatre in June

Cabaret, ghosts, and detectives as well as music from the 50s, 80s and beyond is promised at Mansfield Palace Theatre in June.

The biggest 80s party show to tour the UK – 80s Live! – is playing on Thursday 1 June, and the following night step back in time to the golden era of music where the jukebox roared  – an evening of back-to-back hits from the 1950s and 60s.

The History of Rock on Friday 9 June is a celebration of rock music through the decades, and Tina Turner fans will have the time of their lives as What’s Love Got To Do With It comes to the Palace stage on Friday 16 June, celebrating the music and 60-year career of the rock and soul legend.

Oh What a Night! on Friday 23 June takes you back in time on a musical journey through the career of Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons.

AC/DC will be brought to life by Live/Wire on Saturday 24 June.

Away from music, local acting talent returns to the stage as New Youth Theatre presents their version of Through The Looking Glass on Tuesday 20 and Wednesday 21 June.

Do You Believe In Ghosts is on Thursday 29 June, telling all the secrets of what goes on when the theatre goes dark.

Join Scottish Detective, David Swindle, for a chilling night at the theatre investigating the UK’s most notorious serial killers in the Makings Of A Murderer on Friday 30 June.
