Children’s TV presenter Gemma Naylor will play the role of Princess Jasmine in Aladdin, the Christmas panto at the Palace Theatre, Mansfield.

She is best known for being one fifth of pop band Go!Go!Go!, which rose to fame through Sky TV channel Nick Jr.
Gemma said: “I am excited and can’t wait to meet you all.”

TV presenter and actor Chris Edgerley, who will be loveable comic Wishee Washee, is currently playing Robin Hood on a UK tour.

He has presented hit CITV Show Hi-5 and been in TV soap Emmerdale. Chris said: “I’ve heard that Mansfield audiences are very loud and very crazy.”

Philip Martin Brown, of TV’s Waterloo Road, will be playing the role of villain Abanazar.
