Festive family fun at Mansfield Palace Theatre

Posted onPosted on 9th Nov

Christmas fun for all the family starts at Mansfield Palace Theatre on Friday, 18th November.

Neil Sands and his cast are back at the theatre with Christmas Memories – a spirit-lifting, heart-warming afternoon of festive nostalgia.

Join them for a dazzling sleigh ride of yuletide memories, filled with more than 60 favourite Christmas songs and carols that will have you singing along from start to finish.

Two festive family shows will be in Mansfield Museum, aimed at introducing young people to live theatre – Santa in Love on Sunday, 11th December and Santa Saves Christmas on Tuesday, 13th December. Both shows are best suited for 2 to 7 year-olds.

The theatre is presenting a completely new version of a classic with The Further Adventures of Peter Pan – The Return of Captain Hook from 26 November to 31 December. Bang up to date for today’s digital age, but still full of the fun and games you’ve come to expect, the show promises to be a real festive family treat, with a cast including faces from Coronation Street, Hollyoaks and Nickleodeon and the funny man Mansfield can’t get enough of – Adam Moss.

In the new year Westfield Folkhouse take to the stage with Dick Whittington, from 14th to 22nd January (tickets on sale now) and Mansfield Hospitals Theatre Troupe present Aladdin,  from 28th January to 4th February (on sale soon.)

Tickets for all shows can be booked online 24/7 at mansfieldpalace.co.uk or you can call the Box Office on 01623 633133 or visit the Box Office on Leeming Street.
