Documentaries about some of the most famous artists worldwide will be screened in the Leeming Lounge at Mansfield Palace Theatre.

There will be a mixture of interviews, insights from leading historians and arts critics, and up-close encounters with the most iconic exhibitions and artists.

Discover more about the artist that Picasso called ‘the Father of Art’, Paul Cezanne, at the first Exhibition on Screen, showing in the Leeming Lounge, on Friday 22 September.

A 90-minute film about Cezanne is narrated by award-winning actor Brian Cox.

A museum curator will show  items from the museum’s own collection of art and related objects.
