The Little Roots Children’s Community Allotment, part of the Longyards Allotment site, off Slant Lane, Mansfield Woodhouse, is launching an after-school gardening club.

It will be held every Tuesday (in term time) from 3.30pm to 5pm, from 21st April to 14th July and from 15th September to 20th October. All youngsters aged five to 11 are invited to join allotment co-ordinator Richard,

Children should wear suitable clothing and take a drink to the free sessions.
