The award-winning Big Fish Little Fish family rave is coming to Mansfield for a Masquerade Ball with a difference on Sunday, 18th March.

It will be held at Create Theatre, Mansfield, from 1.30pm to 4pm.

Total dance music legend David Dunne will be playing a set of old skool rave to a crowd of around 500 parents and their children, aged up to eight.

The family rave will include a multi-sensory dance floor with top DJs playing club classics.

Club visuals, bubble machines, glitter cannons and a giant parachute dance will help to create the atmosphere of a real rave.

As well as a play and chill-out area for babies, there will be a themed craft area with a colouring mural and a playdough table.

Mark Ricketts, regional manager for Yorkshire and the East Midlands, said: “We can’t wait to come to Mansfield for the first time in 2018.

“It’s a family party with a difference and a real treat to have an absolute dance music and music radio veteran bringing the tunes.

“David Dunne has been part of dance music culture for more than 20 years and is a brilliant master DJ who gets a crowd jumping. It will be an afternoon of bouncy, spring time fun and a little bit bonkers family raving.”

Tickets for the party, which has a Night At The Museum theme, are on sale. For more information log on to www.bigfishlittlefishevents.co.uk and www.facebook.com/bigfishlittlefishevents
