A charity ball that has raised £42,000 for Fountaindale SEN school in the past two years is set to return for its third year in 2015.

The third annual Hall-Fast Charity Ball will take place on Friday, 29th May at the John Fretwell Complex near Mansfield.

Award-winning industrial supplies firm Hall-Fast, of Mansfield, has teamed up with the Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire Chamber of Commerce to stage the event.

The event will also raise money for Headway UK, which works to improve people’s lives after a brain injury.

Hall-Fast hopes to raise more than £30,000 over the next 12 months and has joined with former Nottingham Rugby legend David Jackson.

It is hoped half of the money will come from the charity ball, with the other half being raised from a gruelling physical challenge in April and other charity events.
