There was some good news for the injury-ravaged Mansfield Town as they prepared for tomorrow’s home match with Cambridge United.

Fergus Bell, Simon Heslop and Matt Rhead, who all went off injured in last Saturday’s draw at Portsmouth, might be fit enough to return to the squad.

However, the Stags, already without suspended assistant manager captain Adam Murray (pictured) and long-term injury victims Liam Hearne and Luke Jones, will rest Chris Clements.

He returned late on at Portsmouth after injury, but is still not 100% fit.

The Stags had 10 first team players injured at the start of the week.
