Mansfield Town legend Phil Stant is set to star in this year’s charity match in aid of SSAFA (Soldiers, Sailors & Families Association) at One Call Stadium, Mansfield.

A Stags’ XI, which will feature manager Paul Cox, first team coach Richard Cooper, captain/assistant manager Adam Murray and first-team players will face a SSAFA XI, captained by Stant, the club’s prolific marksman from the early 1990s.

The event will take place on Sunday, 4th May at the One Call Stadium. There will be family activities taking place throughout the day. Kick-off is at noon.

Prior to the match, there will be live entertainment from Kirkby Brass Band, which will perform pitchside at 11.30am. Live half-time entertainment will be announced.

Tickets are priced at £4 adults and £2 concessions and will be available to buy on the day.
