MANSFIELD Town survived late pressure from relegation rivals Dagenham and Redbridge to earn a point in their battle to stay in League Two.
In a match of few chances, Sam Clucas (pictured) twice went close and Richie Sutton headed a free kick from the striker wide from close range.
At the other end, keeper Alan Marriott won three one-on-ones in the second half.
The Stags had made just one change from the side well-beaten 4-1 at home by Bury four days earlier with Jamie Maguire returning to the midfield in place of Chris Clements.
