Lammas Ice Skating Club, Sutton, held two skate camps for members who enjoyed an action-packed, fun-filled day of off-ice exercise classes and on-ice sessions working on jumps and spins.

Each skater also had a turn at playing a judge while watching footage from the European Championships.

They took time to think about their own achievements, dreams and aspirations.

The club is based at the ice rink at Lammas Leisure Centre and trains on Wednesday evenings. Skaters are coached by NISA licensed coaches, who offer a structured training programme for members.

Membership of the club is open to anyone coached by the Lammas Ice Rink coaches and who has Skate UK’s Gold Passport and is working towards NISA level one.
