Mansfield Town FC have thanked directors Paul and Tina Broughton after they stepped down from the club’s board of directors to pursue personal interests following almost 10 years at One Call Stadium.

The club said the duo — stadium and operations directors, respectively — were behind several stadium and operational improvements, including increasing the ground’s capacity, renovating hospitality areas, and establishing a family room and family area, which led to the club receiving the Family Club of the Year award in 2019.

Paul and Tina said: “It is with heavy hearts that we step down from the board of directors. We are proud of the achievements we have made.”

Owners John and Carolyn Radford said: “Paul and Tina have helped create a lasting legacy at One Call Stadium and leave their roles on the board of directors with our highest regard.

“Their contribution towards improvements at the icannot be underestimated.

“We are proud of the achievements they have made in enhancing every area of the football club.”
