The Samworth Church Academy, Mansfield, took part in its first international basketball tournament, at Herlufsholm Skole, Denmark.

Sixth-form students played six games in two days against teams from Sweden, France, Denmark and Germany.
They finished fourth with Oliver Betts picking up the award for scoring most points, 85. Captain, Callum Cosford, won the endeavour award.

The team was Callum Cosford, Oliver Betts, Steven Bridges, Kieran Haskard, Nikolas Peltekis, Josh Quibell, Murad Kamali and Luke Bacon.
