The Mansfield and District Soroptimist Club has collected money for several charities.

A fashion show at Sherwood Welfare, Mansfield Woodhouse, raised £300 for the children’s ward at King’s Mill Hospital.

The annual quiz night with pie and pea supper at the Oakham Suite, Mansfield, attended by 150 members and guests, made £917 for the Nottinghamshire Independent Domestic Abuse Service (NIDAS).

A concert by the Carlton Male Voice Choir at the Queen Elizabeth Academy, Mansfield, raised £2,179 for The Nottinghamshire Teenage Cancer Trust.
