Mansfield Rotary is inviting people from Ukraine living in the area during the war in their home country – and their host families – to a special free St George’s Day celebration evening.

The event will feature a performance by the Nottingham Ukrainian Ensemble, who also performed at a Rotary St George’s Day high tea celebration last year.

This year’s celebration will be held on Tuesday, 23^rd April, during a regular Rotary club meeting at Portland College. A two-course meal at 7pm will be followed by the entertainment.

Rotarians want families from Ukraine who have settled in the community since fleeing the war-torn country to attend, together with their host families..
