Pupils and staff at Mansfield’s Crescent Primary School have been busy creating shoeboxes full of gifts in support of the Samaritans Purse’s Operation Christmas Child Appeal.

Each shoebox contains items for children in poverty-stricken countries, such as hats, gloves, paper, crayons and toys.
