A fund that support groups promoting musical awareness is inviting applications for grants in Mansfield and Ashfield.

The Dave Hartley Fund makes awards of £250 to £1,000 to community and voluntary groups, and individuals, who make music in their communities.

Funding can be for new equipment, start-up and new activities, and related items that support music-making, for example music stands, instrument restoration, venue hire and travel expenses, but not furniture or clothing.
