A woman is appealing for memories and photos of her mother and aunt to create a memory box for them.

Vicki Wetton said she hoped to fill 60 envelopes for both, each containing one memory.

Her mother is Marie Wright and her aunt is her mother’s twin sister, Cheryl Wright. They were daughters of Sheila Wright and lived in Forest Town.

Vicki said: “Cheryl and my mother were born in Blackpool, but moved to Forest Town. They attended Forest Town Primary and then Garibaldi schools. They were born in 1955 and so they turn 60 this year.

“If people can email me their memories or photographs I would be grateful. I would like the memory notes to have the name of the contributor and their relationship to my mum and aunt, or how they knew them, so ask anyone who can help to include those details please.”
