Mansfield-based Premier Security 24/7 UK Events Ltd has just enjoyed a busy festival season, providing stewarding and security for a range of events.

The company said: “Crowd management is incredibly important at any festival or big event. By ensuring the safety of those at the event, including performers, audience, staff etc, everyone can enjoy themselves and have a good time while remaining safe.”

Among the events it was proud to work at was the free Full Shebang in Mansfield in September, where the town centre hosted performance art, wacky walkabout shows, live music, hands-on activities, and other treats.

At the Bloodstock Open Air festival in Catton Hall and Park, Derbyshire, more than 20,000 metal fans attended across four days to watch 120-plus international acts across four stages, as well as enjoy  many other attractions  – and Premier said it was very busy in aiding effective crowd control.

Also in August was the Torchlight Festival at Walesby Forest, where Premier provided security and stewarding.

The festival featured a live music stage, forest light trail, festival food, outdoor activities and more. The main music stage was headlined by established festival performers, including Sophie Ellis-Bextor.

The company added: “Premier is incredibly proud of all its staff who worked across the different festivals; thank you for your hard work in a busy summer season!”
