AN apprentice at a Huthwaite-based construction company is in the running for a top industry award.
Mr Simon Reeve (24), of Mansfield, started as an apprentice at North Midland Construction (NMC) two years ago and works for NMC Nomenca, the company’s mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, control and automation (MEICA) contracting arm.
Simon has been shortlisted in the apprentice of the year category of Construction News’ specialist awards.
Winners will be announced on 14th March.
