Trained chef and gym owner Carl Bramley has opened a new cafe in Clipstone.

Brew & Brunch is at 163 Mansfield Road, premises formerly occupied by Pete’s Pantry.

Clipstone resident Carl, who also runs a gym at Mansfield Rugby Club, said: “I wanted to keep a local business running, and ensure that the local community has a food hub that isn’t a fast-food place or a takeaway.

“I took it on because I have a background in cooking and catering.”

Serving breakfasts, lunches, and snacks, everything is freshly made and ingredients are locally-sourced as much as possible. There are a couple of tables inside the shop, but the majority of food is to take out.
