The Nottingham invests in new-look Mansfield branch

Posted onPosted on 16th Aug

The Nottingham will close its doors in Mansfield on 10th September for two weeks as it undergoes a state-of-the-art refit.

The branch on Stockwell Gate will reopen on (Friday, 24th September, with a fresh new look and feel – including a designated, furnished space for community use – and a range of products and services the public expects from a modern-day building society.

That includes savings accounts, mortgage advice and estate agency services provided by Belvoir. There is also a wide choice of additional offerings via expert partners including funeral planning, financial advice and home insurance.

The new-look branch will be a Covid-19 secure and compliant environment that includes integrated protective screens, hand sanitising facilities, guidance on distancing, electronic door locks that can be utilised to control customer flow (if required) and the building society’s involvement in the NHS Test and Trace programme.

Local leader at The Nottingham, Lisa Pilgrim, said: “We’re proud to be investing in our branches, for our members, and a lot of hard work by teams across The Nottingham will come to life when we open the doors to what will be a really modern looking branch.

“But, most importantly of all, customers will be able to discuss with us how we can help them save, plan and protect their financial futures in a much fresher, more vibrant and comfortable environment.”

For the two weeks that the Mansfield branch is closed people are welcome to visit The Nottingham’s branches in nearby Sutton, Hucknall or Eastwood or any of the branch locations which can be found at www.thenottingham.com/branches.
