Marchants Solicitors, based at Mansfield and Kirkby, has appointed Debra Higgins as head of its civil litigation department.

She has more than 20 years experience of civil litigation work, including contractual disputes, debt, professional negligence and medical negligence. Debra also advises on accident cases and is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.
