An artisan Mansfield toffee and coffee shop is expanding into second premises in the town.

Toffee Hut, on Regent Street, will launch a confectionery shop in the Four Seasons Shopping Centre in August, selling an extensive range of artisan products and creating two jobs.

The business was opened in 2021 by Rachel Richards after the success of her online business. Toffee Hut has since become a community venue for social and artistic groups.

Rachel (pictured above receiving the keys to the shop) has also championed local suppliers, including serving Nottingham brand 200 Degrees Coffee alongside her confectionery.

She said the expansion followed success in a pop-up shop in the Four Seasons and at many events. “I am really excited to display our full range of confectionery,” she added.

Rebekah O’Neill, Four Seasons manager, added: “We know you already love their café in the town and their amazing artisan toffee and confectionery treats deserve their own shop.”
