Respectful Care, an award-winning domiciliary care provider in the East Midlands, has appointed three new client relationship managers following a restructure of its Mansfield branch.

Eloise King, Jade Pepper and Lisa Caudwell will act as designated points of contact for customers, assessing their needs, developing tailored care plans, scheduling visits and solving problems.

Respectful Care hopes that, by adopting a one-point-of-call process, each customer will feel better supported and encouraged to provide feedback to improve service.

“Our new Client Relationship Manager role comes shortly after appointing a new Welfare Liaison and Mental Health First Aider, following a difficult time for care workers.
