Recruitment agency Ambitions Personnel has defied the economic downturn caused by Covid-19 to open a new office in Mansfield.

The agency, which has offices across Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Essex, is now based at Mansfield Innovation Centre on the Oakham Business Park.
Although based in Mansfield since 2003, the agency now has room to expand.

Ambitions Personnel director Claire Haggar said: “We’re delighted to be able to open a new office in the area.

“We’ve served the businesses and people of Mansfield for many years, but this cements our commitment to finding the best roles and candidates.

“This year has been a tough one for many in business, so we’re so pleased to be able to have expanded during this time.

“It’s a challenging time for candidates and businesses alike at the moment and we’re here to assist should anyone be seeking work, permanent or temporary.

“This office specialises in commercial and industrial recruitment so we can’t wait to work even more closely with businesses in Mansfield to help them excel.

“We picked this location as the first Ambitions Personnel office not in a town or city centre because the Mansfield Innovation Centre offers a business community feel, is close to public transport and has an abundance of convenient parking space that we think is going to improve the overall experience for those visiting us.”
