Fidler & Pepper Solicitors, which has offices in Mansfield and Sutton, has become one of the top 30 UK law firms for the number of conveyancing matters it deals with.

In December, the award-winning firm, based in Nottinghamshire but with clients across the UK, had its highest number of registrations in a single month.

Figures from the Land Registry, which registers the ownership of land and property in England and Wales, show that Fidler & Pepper lodged 246 registrations, placing it at 27th out of 4,211 firms nationwide.

Matt Slade (pictured), the firm’s managing partner, said: “We have been so busy that we have been recruiting. We are continuing to grow our team so that we can maintain our excellent levels of service.”

Over the past two years the firm has focused on developing a technology upgrade, which means its conveyancing process has become fully integrated with the Land Registry.

Fidler & Pepper is one of only 12 law firms in the UK, and the only one of its size, that has fully integrated with the Land Registry to improve processes and the efficiency of services.
