Increased activity in the property market has prompted the launch of a new independent sales and lettings agency in Mansfield town centre.

Melissa Field has set up Mansfield Property Services, trading as Need2view, on Albert Street, with the aim of creating an agency that offers a one-stop-shop for private and commercial property matters, such as sales and lettings, maintenance and repairs, mortgage assistance and conveyancing.

Melissa said: “This is a new venture that offers something new for Mansfield. Our enthusiasm, dedication and range of services make us stand out and, hopefully, more and more people will see the benefits of working with us.

“The business does not have an off-the-shelf approach, tailoring its services to meet client requirements. In a short space of time, we have picked up a significant number of clients and established some good business connections, with more and more interest being generated through word of mouth.”

The Need2view team does not operate within the hours of a traditional working day, and if clients need anything at any hour of the day, a 24-hour telephone hotline is available.
