Entrepreneurial Mansfield woman Amy Henshaw has launched a cafe in the Handley Arcade in the town.

Yums & bean opened its doors around 18 months after she started selling coffee and sweet treats from a converted horse box at events.

She said she wanted to create a bright space for the community and is planning themed events, including children’s pancake decorating classes, coffee and book mornings, parent and child sessions, and afternoon brunches.
