A Sutton opticians claimed an accolade at the Optician Awards in London.

Specsavers in the Idlewells Shopping Centre won the Multiple Practice Of The Year Award in the national competition.

“We’re delighted, especially as it comes on the back of a challenging year,” said Nigel Davidson, store director at Specsavers Sutton, pictured holding the award.

“To be recognised in this way is testament to our wonderful team and their expertise, as well as their ongoing, support and commitment during an unprecedented time. I feel incredibly humbled and grateful to work with them all.”

The award completed an impressive hat-trick for the store, having won it twice before and been finalists in 2019.
