Office Essentials, which has a base in Kirkby, is celebrating after winning a national award.

The business, which has a 50-year history, is a long-standing member of Integra Business Solutions, a UK and Ireland dealer group in the office and IT supplies industry,

At Integra’s black-tie awards ceremony, Pete Price, director of Office Essentials, was presented with an award as the company was nationally recognised as Integra Directory Member of the Year.

The judging panel said Office Essentials has achieved impressive growth, specifically on the Initiative product range.

It added: “This organisation has strong social value credentials and takes time out to support local community initiatives and other members within the group.”

Integra chief executive and chairman of BPGI (Business Products Group International) Aidan McDonough said: “The team works incredibly hard to support its customer base across a diverse portfolio of products and services.”
