Mansfield 2020 is one of five finalists for the Midlands Business Club of the Year for the 2nd year running. The Midlands business awards is a prestigious event that gathers business leaders from the around the Midlands region.

The awards continue to grow tremendously and provide the opportunity for businesses in the Midlands to showcase their products and services.

Mansfield 2020 holds the title of ‘Midlands Business Club of the Year 2014.’ The 2020 group is one of the longest established, trusted and uniquely united networking and business community professionals, renowned for making growth happen, connecting people, building partnership and helping grow organisations in Mansfield and surrounding areas.

Operations Manager Caroline Cox comments on making the finals for the 2nd year running: “Over the last 18 months or so Mansfield 2020 have focused on creating more opportunities and benefits for our members. Being recognised as an award winning group helped 2020 reach the wider community and communicate to a larger audience. Business leaders recognise our lobbying work for business rates and better broadband to name just two. They also see we are aligned with the public sector to ensure the right activities are happening for business growth in the Mansfield and Ashfield area. We have an exciting 2015 planned and our only focus is growth, development and putting Mansfield on the map in a positive light.’

Chairman Irvin Robinson added: “This acknowledgement demonstrates the strength of our local business community and we are delighted to represent Mansfield and Ashfield again for 2015.”

Winners will be announced at the exclusive black tie event in February 2014.
