National retailers have agreed property deals at Idlewells Shopping Centre, Sutton.

Discount retailer Poundworld and mobile phone giant Vodafone have agreed 10-year leases.

Fashion retailer Blue Inc has agreed a five-year term and West Coast has taken a one-year lease.

The deals were completed by Ellandi LLP, which bought Idlewells from Helical Bar in December 2014.

The company was represented by Savills. Steve Henderson, retail director at Savills, said: “Idlewells forms an integral part of the retail offer in Sutton and has gone from strength to strength in recent years. The new retailers will complement the existing tenant mix well.”
