Housebuilder Honey has opened a four-bedroom detached family showhome at its £14m, 50 new-home development in South Normanton.

Called Amber, the development is located on Lees Lane and comprises a mix of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes.

Prices range from £209,995 for a two-bedroom semi-detached property to £334,995 for a four-bedroom detached family house.

Amber features 14 of honey’s house types which, according to the housebuilder, have been specifically designed to combine “style, substance and sustainability” for the benefit of buyers.

Prospective buyers can now visit the Sage house type showhome to experience the high specification and thoughtful design of Honey’s new homes at first hand.

On the ground floor at the front of the property, there is large family living room and a second small space which is ideal for a children’s playroom.
