More than half of the homes at a Mansfield housing development have been built and more than three-quarters of the homes sold, with construction on site progressing well.

Bellway is building a total of 146 three and four-bedroom houses at Berry Hill, with 89 families now moved into their new homes at the development, off Sherwood Way East.

A further 35 homes are under construction, having been reserved off plan, and just 22 properties remain for sale. Work is due to be completed on site at the end of the year.

The final homes to be sold at Berry Hill will include the two showhomes, the four-bedroom Laurel and Worcester house types.
