CCM Group, a company that provides creative, print, brand innovation and fulfilment services, has completely transformed its working culture and environment over the last year, with one of the biggest long-term changes being the implementation of a flexible working scheme for all office-based staff.

 As part of its ‘work from anywhere’ scheme, CCM Group is allowing its employees the flexibility of choosing whether to work from their HQ based in Huthwaite, from home, a mixture of the two, or the freedom to work from absolutely anywhere. This flexible approach comes off the back of the business having to adapt how it operates as a result of the coronavirus pandemic.

Trent Peek, group director at CCM, who introduced the scheme in January, said: “If there’s anything we can learn from the last year, it’s that transparency and flexibility is paramount.
