CCM restructures for future growth plans

Posted onPosted on 20th Jan

Print and creative design agency CCM has created a new management structure and is kicking off 2020 by welcoming four new employees in new roles to reach future growth plans.

CCM, based on the Millennium Business Park, Mansfield, is looking to double the size of the business over the next three years.

CCM offers print, graphic design and marketing services to well-known brands across the UK. With this year set to be the company’s most successful yet, Trent Peek (pictured) has been appointed managing director.

Trent’s new role will allow him to focus on the company’s growth strategy, whilst the new management team can focus on their dedicated areas of creative design, sales, accounts and marketing.

Trent explained: “It’s a really exciting time for the business and 2020 already sees us welcome four new team members in completely new job roles. Our newly-appointed sales manager, Tina Brown, will be dedicated to organising and orchestrating our sales strategy for the coming year, supporting the team of four sales people.

“Our new marketing manager, Katie Anderson, will focus on CCM’s marketing strategy as well as providing marketing services to customers.

“Finally, business development manager Sam Collin starts on 3rd February as head of business development and will focus on expanding our growing client base. We are also on the lookout for a social media and PR executive to support our marketing function and service offering to customers.

“After the company buyout last year, it is almost like the stars have aligned. Our current team of staff are the best we have ever had and capable of great things.

“That, alongside our large investment into technology driven automation, means we are growing our market share at a rapid rate and 2019/20 set to be our biggest year ever. We’ve seen a 25% increase in gross profit this year and I don’t see why this, at the very least, can’t continue.”

The company has been trading for 20 years and boasts an impressive customer base. One of its biggest customers is homeware retailer, The Range, which has 180 stores across the UK. CCM prints and distributes in-store points of sale to support The Range’s national promotional calendar. Other large customers include the likes of Leicester City, City Electrical Factors, Mainline, Alton Towers, Games Workshop, Carlisle Construction Materials, Trent Barton and many more.

CCM is now on the lookout for an enthusiastic and passionate social media and PR executive to join the growing team.

The company said it would suit a local university graduate looking to put their social and PR skills to the test.
