Mansfield’s BuckleyBrown is the best estate agent in the UK – and that’s official.

Property specialists attended a glittering awards ceremony at the Grosvenor Hotel in London, organised by ESTAS, the customer review solutions provider for the sales and lettings experts.

And BuckleyBrown, which was founded in Leeming Street, Mansfield, walked away from the evening with the top title of Best Estate Agent in the UK.

It had already collected Gold awards for being the best estate agent in the Mansfield area, and for being number one in the East Midlands.

Co-director Jon Brown said: “We are extremely delighted. To be named as the number one estate agent in both Mansfield and then the East Midlands was such a proud moment.

“But then we found out that we were named as the Grand Prix winners, the best in the UK, which was incredible. It was a proud moment for the whole team and a moment that we will certainly not forget as a company.”

The awards were presented by TV star and property guru Phil Spencer, and sponsored by property software specialists Coadjute.

The ESTAS are not decided by judges or submission forms. Instead, the awards are “powered purely by verified customer reviews, collected via the ESTAS Reviews platform”.

A recent five-star review for BuckleyBrown read: “We received an excellent service when buying our house from BuckleyBrown and I cannot rate them enough.”

While another customer wrote: “The team were fab in helping us sell our property. This was our first time selling a house so it was all new to us! Georgina who supported us through our sale was amazing and so helpful explaining everything to us as was Megan who did our valuation.”

BuckleyBrown continues to expand, opening a second office in the heart of Edwinstowe, which was recently named as one of the best places to live in Nottinghamshire.

Last year, BuckleyBrown was named as best estate agent in Great Britain by the British Property Awards, and data from property website Rightmove highlights the fact that the company is Mansfield’s top selling agent this year (for all postcodes from NG17 through to NG22).

Employing around 40 people, the company specialises in residential sales and lettings, and has its own Land and New Homes division.
