There was further success for salon group Mark Leeson at the British Hairdressing Awards. At the Mansfield salon, artistic stylist Olivia Binch (above) was named Eastern Hairdresser of the Year, while Abbie Johnson (below) won the Newcomer of the Year award.

Lisa Graham and Joseph I’Anson, plus Andrea Giles and Terri Kay, were inducted to the Hall of Fame — an accolade that acknowledges three previous wins at the awards. Chesterfield salon manager Shaun Hall was named Midlands Hairdresser of the Year.

Managing director Mark Leeson — a previous winner of the British Hairdresser of the Year and International Hairstylist of the Year titles — said: “Our team get to travel the world and experience everything a career in hair can reward you with. To see them celebrated with the industry’s top honours is a privilege.”
