The original music for a new musical comedy coming to the Palace Theatre, Mansfield, has been written by a 76-year-old.

Mike Redway has achieved a lifetime’s ambition by providing the songs for Seriously Dead, which will be at the theatre on Tuesday, 1st November.

It has been written by Leah Bell and Crissy Rock, best known for appearances in TV’s Benidorm. Their writing partnership began during long car journeys while they were touring together in hit play Dirty Dusting. Among the stars are former TV soap favourite Frazer Hines.
