Mansfield IT company Geostream Solutions Ltd is celebrating the success of two engineers — Andrew Parkin and Nikki Randall — as they pass more industry standard qualifications.

Originally self-taught, Andrew Parkin has worked at Geostream for three years and said: “I have passed the Windows 7 and Office 2010 deployment exams, both of which will help in my work.

“The latter is particularly useful in deploying on a large automated scale, which Geostream carries out for some clients.”
Nikki Randall, a support technician, passed her configuring Windows 7 exam. After studying computer science at West Notts College, she found an apprenticeship.

“I was fortunate to be welcomed onto the Geostream team. They encourage growth in knowledge and certifications in general,” she said.

For 14 years, Geostream Solutions Ltd says it has been punching above its weight in the technology industry, working with local and national companies including giants like Midland Aerospace, Autoglass and Birley Manufacturing Ltd, and local companies like Hopkins Solicitors and Bryan & Armstrong.
