Flexible workforce solutions business The Best Connection has created a super-branch in Mansfield to serve its customers in the East Midlands.

Due to growing demand for temporary staff from businesses in the driving, industrial and warehouse sectors, the company said it had merged its teams (above) from Mansfield and Sutton to consolidate its presence and activities.

The move will provide a central employment hub in the region.

“After a successful period of growth for both branch locations we were faced with finding new offices for both teams. Due to the geographical proximity of the two operations, it was decided that a single, ‘super-branch’ should be established in Mansfield that would deliver the most benefits for our customers and staff,” said Neil Yorke, director, The Best Connection.

Both teams have made the move to the ‘super-branch’, which is located at 39B Stockwell Gate.

Neil added: “The recruitment industry is moving rapidly to a fully digital service.

“Whilst this has its benefits for those seeking temporary work opportunities, we also recognise the importance of local people who put a face and personality to the process.

“We want to give our customers the best possible experience and meeting consultants face to face plays an important part in this journey,” added Yorke.
